My name is Rick Pezzino, and for over 25 years, dogs have been my life’s work. I have had the privilege of working with many breeds, which taught me everything about canine behavior, structure, and true temperament. But nothing compares to the Doberman. The intelligence, the loyalty, the drive – the more I learn about this breed, its sport and its genetics, the more dedicated I become.
This is not just breeding. It’s an obsession with doing it right. Our mission is to breed health-tested Doberman Pinschers with unparalleled temperament and structure, fostering a legacy of excellence in canine companions.

Rick Legacy Dobermans is a family-run program. We are hands-on in every single part of the journey – from early puppy development and daily care to advanced training and lifetime client support. Our dogs are not kennel dogs. They are our family. They live inside our home, raised in the middle of our daily life, and socialized from day one.

This is our private home where my wife and children sleep, and our Dobermans protect them. For their safety and privacy, we do not take random calls or allow unannounced visits. We breed with intention, we raise with love, and we stand behind every single Doberman that carries the Rick Legacy name.
